Spine problems have become a major health problems now a days a large number of Americans and millions of people face the problem every single day especially over forty years. youngsters also complaining during work. 1) Stretching:

stretching has lot of benefits not only stretching increase your flexibility but also it is important factor of fitness it can also reduce stress, improve your posture and many more. if you stretch you body for 10-30 seconds in a good enough position your spine problems will reduce in no time. you can try one of the stretches below

2) Sleep well:

your sleep factor will responsible for overall health. actually the thing is we will use hard pillows on the side or not using mattress that is why your aliment of neck and back will be unbalanced and often put pressure on your spine so, i suggest you don't using pillow on your stomach

3) Proper Diet:

Exercise along with healthy diet including vegetables, fruits and various proteins along with multivitamins especially vitamin D and calcium will help to prevent  from osteoporosis.

4) Avoid Sitting for Extent time period.

when you sit for long period of time you will experience this type of issue so try to avoid take a regular break at least every hour stand up, stretch and even you walk.

5) keep hydrated

Hydration is important because it maintains the softness through fluid in joints when your body is not hydrated the amount of fluid in the disc reduces certainly leads to back pain.
